TRADE TERMS
Payment:
Copenhagen sofa lab accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. When you place an order, payment will be deducted from your account once the order is confirmed. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We use a secure payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL protocol, ensuring that your details cannot be read.
Delivery time:
We make all the products by hand, and there may be a difference depending on which textile you have chosen. delivery time may be up to 8 weeks. Once we have received your order, we will inform you with the delivery week and again when we ship your order.
Shipping:
The shipping prices depend on the furniture you order. As standard, the furniture is delivered to the curb, but carry-in can be purchased additionally. You will always be informed of the price before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the freight supplier. Please note that delivery prices only apply to addresses in Denmark. If you want delivery to a country other than Denmark, please contact us for the price.
Discount codes and promotions:
When using discount codes, only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes and promotions that trigger additional products can only be used once per sofa arrangement per household. Discount codes with free delivery only apply to addresses in Zealand.
Right of complaint:
We provide a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacture. The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. If you wish to advertise a product, please contact us at the following email address:

We do not accept packages that are sent on cash on delivery.
Refund:
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount to you.
Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must bear the costs of return yourself. The cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the item no later than 14 days after the notification. You can contact us at Email info@copenhagensofalab.dk to inform us of your regret.
Condition of the item upon return:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. You can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used and you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price, depending on the item's commercial value. To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you must treat the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Furniture manufactured according to the customer's special wishes or specifications. Furniture purchased as exhibition models.
